Responsibilities:
- Cross trained between Floor and Bar
Bar Experience Desired but training can be provided for the right person
- Mix beverages using an extensive range of ingredients
- Take drinks orders from customers or wait staff for dispense
- Paying attention to detail when preparing drinks
- Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience whilst interacting with guests
- Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Keeping the bar well-stocked and to a good standard of cleanliness
- Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation, improving speed of service
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations

· Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata). The holiday year runs from January to December. This will rise by one additional day for each year of service. Capped at an extra 5 days (33 days in total)
