Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join our highly successful team here in Marlin Waterloo. Our Bartender will oversee the daily operation of Chaplin’s Bar, working alongside senior management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded.
We’re looking for someone that can support the leadership team in creating exciting offerings the drive our guest experience.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of drink, products and ingredients
- Understanding the current market and an idea of our competitors
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Clear communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage relationships cross departmentally
- Excellent attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general day to day management of running the Ba
- Establish strong, personable relationships with guests
- Handling and resolving problems in a timely fashion
- Communicate and brief team members on menus, promotions etc
