The company
Longueville Manor is the 1st and only 5 red star Hotel in the Channel Islands. It is situated a mile to the east of St. Helier, the capital of the Island of Jersey. The island is fringed with miles of sandy beaches and is frequently blessed with the longest hours of sunshine in the UK. Set in 17 acres of parkland, this 13th century Norman manor house has been lovingly restored and run as a hotel by the Lewis family for over 70 years.
Today, the hotel has 26 double rooms, 4 suites and a 2 bedroom cottage, with a 3AA rosette restaurant, which enjoys a strong local following as well as an international reputation and is the only Relais & Châteaux member in the Channel Islands.

Are you passionate about providing guests with the best customer service and giving them an experience they wont forget?
We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Server/ Bar Attendant to start in our renowned cocktail bar.
In this role you will be required to provide a high quality, yet discreet service; sell, serve and actively promote wine sales within the Hotel.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4/5 star hotel; attention to detail and high standards; good communication skills; excellent presentation; flexible and eager to learn; and able to work calmly under pressure.
