Lazy Ale Ltd is hiring!
We are looking for a bartender to join our small team at The Malt and Mardle, a micropub in Norwich.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Bar experience preferred
- Ability to work independently (solo working) and within a team
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Available to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
