We are recrutiing for a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

You will pro-actively work to provide the highest level of service to our guests working within the departmental processes required for the Gentleman and Scholar Pub and pop up bar.

Based within the Pub you will assist in the smooth and efficient service and overall guest experience. Working on rotation where no two days will be the same you will ensure guests are happy, service is genuine and you engage with our guests and colleagues to our values. This opportunity is for somebody who is fun and creative and while maintaining brand standards in service can think out of the box and be creative.

Working mainly evenings, on a full time basis, the ideal candidate will be flexible to work weekdays and weekends (which are the Pub's busiest days). Shifts will be varied but will include 4/5pm until late.

You will have previous bar experience in a similar environment. You will be experienced with cocktail creation and have a positive and professional approach. You will be assertive, yet personable and approachable, with effective communication skills and loads of common sense. You will have a creative streak and be a real ‘people’ person with impeccable grooming!
