What you will do as a Bartender
- Providing friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external guests
- Retaining and maintaining complete knowledge of all beverage menu items
- Encouraging teamwork and communication with other colleagues
- Ensuring standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Being able to operate the Micros system competently and efficiently
- Ensuring that all floats are checked and correct at the beginning and end of shift and informing the Bar Manager if there is a discrepancy
