Job description
Hixon is a new chophouse that has recently opened in the heart of Salisbury. We are owned by The Immersive Group who are committed to providing immersive experiences to locals and visitors to the City. They also own Tinga, Caboose and Deacons, alongside running the pop up bars Salisbury City Gardens and Frost.
Our bar offers an extensive wine menu alongside cocktails, mocktails, beer and soft drinks aimed to satisfy every pallet. We are looking for an individual over 18 to join our team and work alongside our other bar tenders to deliver drinks at a fast pace. Experience is desired however not essential and full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be enthusiastic and excited to learn a new menu.
- Have a reasonable level of knowledge on wines and spirts.
- Great customer service.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Able to work closely with other and learn from each other.
- Great work ethic and ability to work at a fast pace.
