Gustazo Cuban Kitchen & Bar in Cambridge is looking for craft bartenders to join our already amazing team. Knowledge of historical craft recipes and a flair for Tiki inspired cocktails will make you the perfect candidate. Gustazo offers two bars, two indoor dining rooms and two outdoor patios, plus private dining-room for events. We are going into a very busy season and are looking to add to our team in order to give the best service to the volume of guests we are lucky enough to have. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with guests, ordering in our Toast POS system
- Assess guests’ needs, being able to craft a "Bartenders Whim" if needed
- Set up bar and prep adequately for service
- Create new recipes to be added to menu
- ID checks for guests of appropriate age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Perform proper steps of service for guests
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills

- Toast knowledge or experience

- Ability to be organized and keep a clean bar

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
