Job description
As a Bartender for Grand Pacific your days will be varied and interesting. Your ability to remain flexible will ensure that each shift will be rewarding and enjoyable.
Your duties as a Bartender will include but are not limited to:
- To Champion the service criteria at all times!
- Ensure that all guests receive a high-quality product.
- Carry out training for new starters within the team
- Support with leading shifts
- Involved with all new menu development
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant and the unit as a whole.
- Suggestively selling our menu to guests, thus allowing them to make informed choices when ordering food and drink.
- Performing all opening, running, and closing procedures as trained and dictated by the training manual and the Manager on Duty.
- Using the correct tab till procedure when processing orders.
- Displaying an attitude of sincerity and concern when listening to guest complaints.
- Being courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.
- Displaying a responsible attitude when performing all financial aspects of your role
- Understand and implement the company ethos.
- Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.
- Performing any reasonable task as requested by the Manager on Duty.
