Estabulo is one of the UK’s most exciting and rapidly expanding Brazilian dining experiences. Our brand new Aberdeen site has just opened, bringing the passion of Brazilian Rodizio style dining to Scotland. We are looking to recruit an Bar Staff to join our friendly team.
Estabulo honours the Brazilian gauchos’ traditional method of cooking, this involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
Estabulo’s beautiful interior and dedicated bar area which serves an array of gorgeous cocktails, makes it the perfect place to dine with friends, family or for a romantic date night.

Job Purpose:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages for patrons and serving them at the bar or through the wait staff. Your duties include mixing cocktails, serving drinks, stock taking and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
- Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
- Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
- Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
- Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Balancing cash receipts
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
- Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
- Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
- Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
- Planning bar menus
- Creating unique drinks
- Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 6 months Bartender experience required
- Ability to relate with customers and make them feel comfortable
- Attention to detail and ability to fulfil orders correctly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time
- Ability to work in a stressful, loud or intimidating environment
- Practical bartending skills, such as using cocktail shakers or beer taps
- Creative skills to mix new drinks or suggest new pairings
- Confidence and knowledge to apply laws and inhouse rules even when under pressure
- Mixology or hospitality qualifications
