We're looking to hire enthusiastic & passionate Bar Staff for our newly refurbished pub in Barking (IG11) - The pub has be transformed over the last 3 months and will be an exciting, premium addition to the local area so we need to make sure we have a team of customer service superstars to help us hit the ground running!
We want to hear from people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service at all times and who want to ensure that every customer leaves the pub having had a great experience, whatever the occasion.
Ideally candidates will have some experience working a premium Independent or Managed pub environment but we're also happy to hear from people with other relevant customer service experience who are looking to develop their careers in a small, closely knit & Independent Pub Company.
We are a business which has exciting plans to to grow over the coming months with other openings in the pipeline so we will have career progression opportunities for people who show the right attitude and are keen to develop their career with us as we grow our business.
Key Responsibilties:
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Serving the perfect drinks including Beer, Wine, Spirits & Cocktails
- Maintaining a clean & tidy environment throughout the pub
- Managing booking enquiries
- Dealing with any customer queries & resolving any issues
- Ensuring that bar is fully stocked
- Engaging with customers & making them feeling welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
