Kaizen Sushi and Eatery is a restaurant serving Asian cuisine taking inspiration from the Pacific Rim. Using the best local produce we aim to deliver a unique dining experience.
As one of our Cocktail Bartenders you will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality cocktails. You should be conversant in a range of liquors, understand the different types of beers and wines and be able to create original cocktails and provide exceptional service to our patrons.
We are looking for an energetic and talented people who will know how to make strong yet delicious cocktail, and can put an Asian twist on the classics. Willing to work quickly while maintaining a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails and drinks according to the recipe or customer specification.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and assist with stocking in order to ensure proper service and adequate liquor stock.
- Communicate with the management to maintain proper inventory levels and ensure that all products are available.
- Clean glassware and other bar related items.
- Build bartender cred.
- Know techniques for mixing alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and distilled spirits.
- Know safety procedures for handling and storing alcohol.
- Learn how to serve customers of all types with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £9.50-£13.00 per hour
