Your superstar qualities will include:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in busy, high-profile restaurants or cocktail bars.
- Passion about a career in the hospitality industry and delivering the best service.
- Strong knowledge of beverages across the spectrum.
- Responsibility and good judgement when serving alcohol.
- The skills to support and develop your colleagues.
