Bart & Taylorare a collection of award-winning, premium boutique bars and restaurants, spanning from London to the North of England, Each with their own unique concept and style.
We are now recruiting Baristas for our brand new site, FERN, in East Croydon. Due to open late March 2023.
FERN will be a 7 day operation, trading from early morning for commuter coffees and prework breakfasts, to business brunches and catch-up lunches in the afternoon, through to family gatherings and romantic meals in the evening. FERN will boast a food offering which is unique to the area,
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced Baristas to join our opening team. You should have an excellent experience of coffee preparation in high volume premium coffees stores or bars.
We provide a clear path of progression to those who desire it through our company pathway program. We pride ourselves on the significant number of internal vacancies filled from within our existing teams.
Anyone applying for this role will be expected to be available on weekday and weekend mornings from 7am.

Interviews will be held from 20/02/23 and all applicants must be available for training and launch between the 27/03/23 and 09/04/23.
