Purpose:
As a Specialty Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for producing coffees to a specialist standard. Your focus will be to maintain the daily running of the espresso bar, kitchen / preparation area, and seating area to the highest possible standard. You will be working and learning alongside the some of the best coffee professionals in the country, growing your coffee career in the process.

Technical Skills:
- The ability to dial in and brew a range of espresso and filter coffee.
- The skill to pour consistent latte art.
- Delivering high quality drinks in accordance with our menu.
- Service & Maintenance of all Espresso Bar Equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow NSF food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Continuously learn and educate yourself on the latest coffee industry trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or coffee industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
