Willow Grove Farm is a family-owned farm located just outside Lakenheath, Suffolk.
Purchased in 2021 as a project to be renovated and rejuvenated, the farm operates a varied portfolio of business enterprises including:

• A glamping site.
• Coffee shop.
• Paddocks for resting racehorses.
• Units providing rented office and storage space.
• Insurance brokerage and financial services.

We are a small team who work together to achieve the high standards that we expect from ourselves and from those that work for us. Overview of job description & key tasks/ responsibilities:

• Consistently produce excellent coffee, food and drinks.
• Take and process orders.
• Provide a high level of cutomer service and rapport.
• Knowledge to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the cafe
• Maintain presentation and stocking of the cafe.
• Ability to work inderpendently and as part of a team.
• Operating and maitaining kitchen equipment such as grill, oven, coffee machine

Person Specification

Essential Criteria:

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• A positive outlook, can-do attitude, and friendly personality
• A passion for delivering excellence in everything you do
• The communication skills to strike up a good conversation with customers.
• A hard-working and multi-tasking skills
• Understand our service and ethos

Desirable Criteria:

• Organisational skills in order to plan and deliver excellence.
• Logical, diligent, methodical, well organised and able to see a job through from beginning to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
• Ability to resolve problems as they arise.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
