We are seeking a Barista to join our friendly and outgoing team. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the restaurant industry (not essential to have coffee machine experience - we will train you), an enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will work well with others and have strong people skills.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver the highest levels of customer service that encourages positive customer feedback and sales.
- To maintain standards of health, safety, and cleanliness across the store in line with the cleaning schedules.
- To be knowledgeable and confident about all products demonstrated by advising customers and answering queries.
- To produce and prepare all products in line with brand standard.
- To complete and pass any company provided training required for the role.
- Voice any ideas of products and promotions up the chain for consideration.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.64 per hour
