Seriously, we are hiring!!
Business is booming at the Serious Coffee Esquimalt location and we are looking for Permanent Part-time Afternoon Barista staff! Ideally we are looking for Tuesday to Saturday afternoons from 1pm to 5:30. Experience is an asset but full barista training will be provided to ensure that all of our customers at Serious Coffee continue to get the amazing coffee and service that they have come to expect at all of our locations. We are looking for staff who can greet and assist our customers with a smile and great attitude to help make their day awesome and who display an affinity for our coffee, core values, and company philosophy. Tips are very generous and are a solid reflection of the detail and effort put in to our great service to our valued customers.
*What we are looking for in our staff
- Barista experience is preferred, but full training will be given.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude!
- Ability to follow in house procedures and guidelines
- Must have the ability to work flexible days and schedules - (we are currently looking for afternoons 1:00 to 5:30pm Tuesday to Saturday)
- Cash handling and daily closing experience an asset
- Great work ethic and ability to keep busy and multi-task
- Current food safe certificate or in process of getting it
- Assisting in light food prep
- Works well as a team or independently
- With experience and training, you would have the potential to take on more responsibilities
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
