Job Description:
As a member of our team, you will responsible for maintaining our one of a kind customer experience by providing a legendary customer service, as well as providing a consistent quality beverages and an excellent café environment through maintaining a clean and comfortable café.
Summary of Experience:
Coffee shop experience preferred but not necessary
Required Skills & Abilities:
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to learn and adapt quickly
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Must be able to work as part of a team
Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
Must be able to perform consistent Drive-Thru, POS Register, and Espresso Bar equipment usage
Must be able to differentiate, with a degree of accuracy the differences and/or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors of the different verity of beverages
Responsibilities and job functionality:
Must be able to acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge.
Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during very busy periods or unusual events in order to keep store operating up to standard and to set a positive example.
Must be able to anticipate customers and store needs by evaluating the store’s environment and customers for cues.
Must be able to communicates information to supervisors and manager.
Must be able to assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Must be able to contribute a positive team environment.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers.
Must be able to follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety & security, and to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift.
Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to provide a quality beverages and consistent food product for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Must be able to carefully enter all sales into the cash register to ensure that all purchases are accurately recorded.
Must be able to make changes, processes credit card transactions and checks for counterfeit bills.
Must be able to perform sale transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-20 per week
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
