Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare a diverse selection of bubble tea beverages following standard recipes and techniques. This includes brewing tea, blending ingredients, and assembling drinks with the perfect balance of flavours and textures.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, ensuring that each drink meets our strict criteria for taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Embrace the art of bubble tea making and explore new flavours and topping combinations to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal and specialty beverages that surprise and delight our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about our menu, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Keep the workspace organized and follow proper food safety guidelines.
  • Efficiency and Time Management: Work efficiently during peak hours, maintaining a steady flow of beverage preparation to minimize wait times for customers.
  • Upselling and Promotions: Proactively promote new products, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies to avoid shortages and disruptions in beverage preparation.

Requirements:

  • Language: Able to speak Fluent to subpar English along-side the following (Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese).
  • Passion for Bubble Tea: A genuine love for bubble tea and a strong interest in the beverage industry.
  • Creativity: Ability to experiment with flavours and toppings to create unique and visually appealing bubble tea beverages.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in following recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality drinks.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business hours.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
