The role
Are you passionate about great coffee and looking to develop your skills within a brand new, custom-built Café? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Barista to join our friendly Front of House team in our constantly evolving lifestyle business. Previous hospitality or catering experience is essential; however, you’ll have the opportunity to fine tune your FoH skills by working along side our experienced team and specialist Barista trainers.
Our busy Café, located at the heart of the Garden Centre, seats a maximum of 240 hungry diners, all of whom will require a courteous, friendly, and efficient service from our Café team. In addition to wowing customers with your latte art, you’ll be responsible for clearing tables, serving food and drinks, using the till, washing up, and working as a team to facilitate the smooth running of the day-to-day FoH service to the highest standards.

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality/catering - essential
Basic Barista skills - essential
Advanced Barista skills - desirable
Food Hygiene Certificate - desirable but not essential (can be provided)
Allergen Awareness - desirable but not essential as (can be provided)

Opening hours 9-4.30 Monday to Saturday, 10-4 Sunday
