  Responsabilités
  
  • Accueille chaleureusement, reconnaît et prend la commande de boissons et de nourriture des invités (dans la langue de son choix, anglais ou français) dans les 30 secondes suivant leur entrée dans le café.
  • Utiliser l'équipement de fabrication de café. Nettoyer et entretenir les machines, au besoin.
  • Préparer et présenter les boissons selon les normes de recette et de présentation établies.
  • Comptabilisez, traitez et collectez avec précision les paiements des clients.
  • Gère l'argent, traite les cartes de crédit et de débit, rend la monnaie, tout en se conformant aux procédures opérationnelles standard de gestion des Espèces et de Prévention des Pertes de l'Entreprise.
  • Soyez bien informé et enthousiaste au sujet du menu et des produits du restaurant.

  Responsibilities
  
  • Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes the drink and food order of guests (in the language of their choice, English or French) within 30 seconds of them entering the café.
  • Operate coffee making equipment. Cleaning and maintaining machinery, as needed.
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests.
  • Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
