About us
Mapibo Cafe & Art Patisserie is a small family-owned business in Normanton.
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and tea, a strong knowledge of brewing techniques, and excellent customer service skills. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, packing cake orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing customers with a pleasant experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their barista skills in a professional setting and join to new venture business.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Prepare coffee drinks and other beverages to customer specifications.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and work area.
- Keep up with current coffee trends and recipes.
- Ensure that all products are stored properly and safely.
- Take orders from customers and process payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: From £10.52 per hour
