We are looking for an individual with a passion for all things coffee and pastries to join our team as a full time barista! Join us to deliver amazing service and high quality coffee in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, positive, and attentive experience
Assist customers in selecting beverages, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment with precision.
Froth milk and create latte art to enhance the presentation of beverages
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation station, equipment, and dining area
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and specialty beverages.
- Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
