Under our employment, staff have travelled to global exhibitions representing the brand, represented us at national events and have all grown with the business.
We are looking to hire a full time coffee professional to join our growing team. Due to business growth we have an opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their specialty coffee career.
Role responsibilities including but not limited to;
- Greeting and delivering a fantastic experience to every customer
- Opening and closing of the stores
- Dialling in the coffee, working with temperature profiling and curating recipes
- Bagging and preparing coffee
- Being exceedingly well presented and professional at all times
- Committed to learning about our vast product ranges
- Executing cleaning duties to an exceedingly high EHO standards
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy and professional work area
- Ability to manage the workflow of the bar efficiently at busy times, and when working solo on the machine.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and work processes dictated by Kofra.
- You will be required to stand and manually lift stock and equipment throughout the working day.
- Ensure all interactions in and out of work represent the core values and behaviours of Kofra.
Experience Previous employment of at least 2 years in hospitality is required due to the nature of this role. A passion and interest in speciality coffee is a must as well as an understanding of quality produce and seasonality.Speciality barista training is most preferred, however, If you can evidence your passion and knowledge for the industry and display other desirable skills you may be considered.
We are looking for someone who is personable, fits in with our team and who understands the hard work that goes into being such a quality-oriented business. There is a massive focus on our customers and being part of the community around us so great people skills is a must.
This role is full time 36-40 hours a week and we will not respond to part time applicants or applicants with specific work schedule day/time requirements.Our stores are open 7 days a week.The applicant must be able to work at all four of our current locations plus any future locations that may arise.
