We are expanding our hospitality team and inviting an experienced and lead barista to join our team of professionals at Front of House. We think long term and want candidates that have a track record of loyalty and dedication. We are looking for ambitious, dynamic and relationship oriented individuals who are ready to embrace the values that have defined our success in the pursuit of perfection in taste, quality, innovation and hospitality. You should have experience in hospitality, great communication skills, and a track record of contributing to fantastic teams.
ABOUT YOU:
You are a person that is:
-Experienced with coffee and as a barista making incredible quality coffee at high volume
-Loves food and is passionate about the craft-Shares our values of integrity, honesty and passion for perfection
-Functions perfectly in an extremely busy retail cafe and experience in a very fast paced environment
-Embraces and thrives in a team environment
-Shows sophisticated customer relationship building skills
-Is interesting and able to engage customers
-Sets and understands service priorities and hierarchy of prep tasks
-Has experience as a barista and/or in coffee making/with wines and beers
-Is an honest and direct communicator
-Driven by quality and excellence
