Être is a new artisan tea, coffee, and baked goods shop. Our focus is to provide more than just great beverages and treats; we will offer a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service and a unique experience. We’re looking for a barista to welcome and delight our customers. Our ideal candidate is curious, detail orientated and will have a love for coffee and a willingness to learn the art of making exceptional espresso-based drinks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the coffee industry, joining the team from day one!
No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, stocking the café with supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate should also be able to take orders accurately, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
- Operate an espresso machine to make coffee drinks.
- Clean and sanitise work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Educate customers on menu items.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift.
- Answer customer questions regarding coffee blends and preparation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
