Embankment Cafe are on the lookout for the best in hospitality to join our team.

It is vital that our Baristas support our Head Barista/Manager and the whole team to ensure that all customers have an enjoyable experience and that the Company's values and vision are delivered every day.

DUTIES

• Serve customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that the customer experience is to the highest level

• Take pride in understanding customers’ individual needs and respond to customer needs effectively

• Be knowledgeable and confident about all products sold

• Prepare products in line with health & safety guidelines

• Order, receive and distribute stock supplies

• Work with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store

• Attend, participate in and contribute to briefings and team meetings

• Demonstrate a positive approach to own role and teamwork helping to create a welcoming and friendly environment

REPORTING AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures

• Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to

• Communicate any potential problems to the Head Barista/Manager

• Perform any reasonable task as directed by manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
