Dazzling Duchess - Poundbury Near Dorchester
Built in 2016 by the Duchy of Cornwall but operated as part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of great pubs, the Duchess of Cornwall was so named at the direct request of the Prince of Wales and was opened by the Prince and Duchess. The pub contains many artefacts from the Woodhouse family including The Badger glass - the largest hand-blown glass in the world. The building is split into sections over three floors, Bar and the Pantry, the grand central staircase, first floor dining room with its open kitchen and then to top it all off, is a beautiful outside terrace.
We are evolving our Coffee offer within our Houses and are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Baristas to join our On-Stage Team to act as a Champion for Coffee by driving standards and passion during key shifts...

Role Profile:
Knowledgeable and passionate about delivering quality coffee- Have the drive to be a brilliant barista

- Act as a focal for training, best practice and machine maintenance
- Interact and promote the Colourful Coffee brand on Social Media using various platforms
Previous experience and knowledge of hospitality operations with a busy coffee or hospitality profile is an advantage.
