Experience: 2 years specialty coffee experience.
Education: Valid Smart Serve certificate, valid Food Handlers certificate.

Detour coffee is a specialty coffee bar/café in downtown Hamilton and we are looking for an experienced Coffee Lead Barista with a love for specialty coffee to lead our business. This is a full time position managing the day-to-day operations of a small coffee bar/café in the downtown area of Hamilton with a focus on specialty coffee, pastries, fine food, wine, craft beer and a local-focused retail selection.
Some responsibilities include:
-High level customer service
-Knowledge of specialty coffee, fine food and exceptional service skills
-Strong leadership with coffee
