As our onsite Barista you will play an important part in our members day providing expertly handcrafted coffee. You will report into the Centre Manager and will ensure that all Cubo members and visitors experience what we’re about and feel part of our community.
Duties will include, but not restricted to:
- Welcome members with a smile and a positive outlook
- Understands members coffee interests and produce the coffee they love
- Prepares coffee and hot drinks drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for drinks such as, espresso, latte, and cappuccino
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance and cleaning
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following the Cubo standards

We need a bright, enthusiastic, hardworking person who takes pride in their work and is able to organise their work and time efficiently. We are looking for someone with barista experience who can step straight into the roll. We can offer an excellent package and a great working environment to the right individual. The working hours will be from 7am to 330pm.
