Job description
My client, an established an newly awarded rosette restaurant based in one of North Cornwall's most historic towns are looking to recruit experienced Bar and Waiting staff to join their team. These are full time perm roles with huge scope for development and progress.
We are looking for Front of house staff that have ideally a fine dining/rosette standard Hotel/Restaurant background, but above all possess excellent food and beverage sales and service techniques and have had exposure working with good wines, spirits, cocktails, ales and lagers from around the globe.
The restaurant seats 80 and the food is modern british using the best of locally sourced produce in abundance.
These roles are immedaite starts and the shifts for Bar staff are - 12pm 9pm Wedneday to Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The Waiting on shifts are either and will be a mixture of 9am- 4pm / 12pm- 9pm/ 3pm- close.
The rates do vary between £10.85 -£12.00 per hour, dependant on experience with tips in addition.
