All Employees hired will go through initial basic training. There are room for promotion within the company! As a Bubble Tea Tarista, your primary responsibilities will include the following:

OPERATIONS

· Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.

· Perform cashier tasks when required.

· Ensure the cleanliness of the store.

· Assist in stock handling and stock check.

· Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service.

· Proven leadership, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to motivate others.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· CoCo is willing to train the right candidate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

· Ability to move and clean throughout the store.

· Capacity to stand for long periods.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

· Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

· Shifts include 20 to 40 hours per week: including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
