Starbucks Barista

Cineworld Broughton is situated in Broughton Shopping Park and is a complexity 3 cinema with 11 screens and a seating capacity of up to 1700 guests including IMAX, 4DX and Starbucks.

It operates a Starbucks, Concessions stand, Pick ‘n’ mix and Baskin Robbins. The full Leadership team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, Starbucks Store Manager and 5 Team Leaders.

Broughton is a large village in Flintshire, Wales, close to the England border located to the west of the city of Chester. The nearest train station is Chester, the retail park is serviced by multiple bus routes, and is located off junction 35A - A55 and on the A5104 adjacent to Airbus.

The Role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values

• Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do

• Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers.

• Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
