Seeking a customer service professional who is confident in providing effective and friendly customer service. Applicant must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks. Experience in helping customers with billing questions and scheduling appointments is a plus.
Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers. Some of the common responsibilities of a barista include:
Preparing and serving beverages: A barista is responsible for preparing coffee, espresso, tea, and other drinks using specialized equipment such as espresso machines and grinders. They must ensure that the drinks are made to the customer's specifications, such as the strength and temperature of the drink.
Taking customer orders: A barista must take orders from customers, including specific requests for ingredients and special instructions. They must also be able to process payments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Maintaining equipment: Baristas are responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to ensure that they function properly and meet health and safety standards.
Providing customer service: A barista must be able to provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, suggesting drinks or food items, and resolving any complaints or issues that may arise.
Keeping inventory: Baristas may be responsible for keeping track of inventory, such as coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and placing orders when necessary to ensure that they have enough ingredients to meet customer demand.
Creating new drinks: Some baristas may be responsible for creating new drink recipes or variations on existing drinks to keep the menu fresh and appealing to customers.
Overall, a barista must be knowledgeable about coffee and other beverages, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
