Bar Staff

Big Chill Bricklane is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. We are a dynamic restaurant group based out of London. We are currently looking for a team player to join our family and team.

Essential Functions:

• Greeting and serving customers. Assisting customers with ordering food and beverages. Taking orders, checking cash, and communicating with kitchen staff.
• Cleaning glasses, dishes, and tables.
• Restocking inventory. Keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including the restroom. Cleaning glassware, dishes, and glassware, as well as sweeping and mopping the floor.
• Knowledge of Big Chill Bricklane products and services. Understanding how to use our POS system to gain information on product orders and services.
• Working safely in a team environment. Assisting other team members as needed to ensure the safety of all employees.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the work place

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds throughout the day; maneuver around corners and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time (8 hours or more).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to react quickly when necessary in order to keep business operations running smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
