Bean Coffee Roasters is a small business in Manchester. We are customer-centric, social, fast-paced, and our goal is to Bean Coffee is an independent coffee roaster based in the Northwest, with stores throughout Greater Manchester and Liverpool. We focus on quality, people, and sustainability. We roast our award-winning coffee in our roastery in Liverpool. All our coffee is sourced from independent farms across Africa, South America, and Asia, ensuring traceability. This also means that we can guarantee all our beans are sustainably and ethically produced. .

The successful candidate
- Has a sound knowledge of the coffee industry and a passion for standards
- The ideal candidate will be reliable and flexible to be able to work when needed.
- Is a people person and can communicate effectively at all levels
- Has experience in a similar role with transferrable skills
- Can remain professional always
- Has a passion for food and drink
- Should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
The Role
- As a Barista, you support the Store Manager.
- You are committed in ensuring your store deliver the highest standards.
- Ensure Coffee is prepared to the highest standards, maintaining latte art and exceptional Espresso.
- Cash handling and controls
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42 per hour
