About us
Bacaro is an independently run bar and restaurant in Woking town centre with an excellent reputation
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to bar patrons
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions is beneficial
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
