Introduction- 200 Degrees are independent speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of distinctive coffee shops, and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks.

We are now recruiting for the role of Barista. The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in Nottingham's City Centre.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
• Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
• Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun

Requirements:

• 1 year in a fast paced hospitality operation
• Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain consistent shot time
• Latte art skills
• Be an excellent communicator with a can do attitude
• Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour

Experience:

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
