Job description

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual with a passion for preparing and serving food. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant kitchen environments, and can perform basic kitchen tasks including food prep and cleaning. The successful applicant will be interested in learning about and working in different cuisines, and must be capable of working well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare and cook food for customers.
• Hand out samples, food, and drinks to guests.
• Greet kitchen staff, guests, and servers.
• Clean dishes and kitchen facilities.
• Answer the telephone and take orders for food and drinks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (required)
