Job description
Front of House Donut Slingers are the life and soul of our shops.
As well as preparing specialty coffees and keeping the shop clean your main role is to have fun with our customers, explain the flavours we have on and help them find the perfect Donut for them.
We have shifts available during the weekends, flexibility is an added bonus to provide holiday and sick cover
Location: Edinburgh
Reporting to: Front of House Manager
Main duties and responsibilities
Welcome and engage with the customers
You will take orders of drinks and donuts
Prepare specialty coffee/teas
Knowledge of each product, describing it to customers as well as its ingredients/allergens
Attention to cleanliness of table surfaces, floors, walls, counters, donut racks, service area, coffee station, and bathroom
Responsible for POS and cash drawer
Basic requirements
Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the UK
Prompt arrival and immediate preparedness for responsibilities
Maintain standards of personal appearance
Energetic, disciplined focus on responsibilities
Flexibility and maturity to work as a member of a team
Motivated, good attitude, willingness to work
Receptive to instruction and eagerness to improve
Calm, creative problem-solving and personal initiative when interacting with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 per hour
