About us
Lucky Strike is a small business in Bristol. Our goal is to be a great neighbourhood restaurant, serving classic British food at a refined level, with an affordable price point.
A new opening on East Street, Bedminster, Lucky Strike will be a restaurant with a fun atmosphere and vibe. We will lean towards a cafe in the day, with a strong takeaway element, and then switch to more of a restaurant at night. Check out Norman's Cafe for inspiration.
We are looking for a daytime barista / front of house, with good knowledge and experience of espresso preparation.
We will be open Tuesday - Saturday daytimes, and look to open a few evenings a week when the time is right and the team is ready.
Contracted hours will be 40 per week.
Tronc will be received 100% by the kitchen and floor team. As soon as realistic we aim to introduce profit sharing amongst the whole team, based on the number of hours worked per week i.e. irrespective of job title.
