Barista/All Rounder *NEW SITE IN BOSCOMBE*
We are opening in Boscombe
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food such as Deli & Brunch
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed - Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles - Experience operating espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment preferred - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
