Bluebell® Coffee & Kitchen are looking for hospitality stars to join their exciting team that has established themselves in Swansea as a quality producer of food and drink.
You will work in a supportive learning environment that will enable you to develop your product knowledge and skills.
As a Barista at Bluebell® you must:
- Have prior experience using a coffee machine (latte art is desirable but not essential as we can train you)
- Enjoy being part of a team and have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service in a relaxed and informal way
- Confidence, energy, a keen interest in coffee, great food and fantastic interpersonal skills are all crucial attributes for a successful candidate.
Essential:
- Totally customer service focused
- Barista experience desirable but not essential (training given)
- You must be punctual! As a small business, this is essential for quality customer experience
- Efficiency
- Full of personality and energy
- Able to look after a high volume of customer orders
- Thrives under a busy working environment
- Have a love for coffee, great food
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
