Established in Leeds in 2010 with additional restaurants in Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh & Birmingham, we are thrilled to be making our debut in the capital in Summer 2023.
Our new 180-cover restaurant will reside within the reputable 100 Bishopsgate Tower in the City of London, boasting three luxurious private dining rooms and a 120-cover bar and mezzanine. We are looking for a personable, passionate, and inspiring Barbacks to join our team and assist in the successful launch of the newest addition to our thriving portfolio of restaurants. Experience isn’t essential as full training will be provided. We have a hand selected wine list and specially curated cocktail menu that you will be proud to serve to our guests!

About the Role:
A barback plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the bar. Their primary responsibility is to provide assistance to bartenders and ensure that the bar area is well-stocked and organised. The barback's role is to support the bartending team and maintain a clean and efficient bar environment, this allows bartenders to focus on serving guests promptly and ensures a positive experience for guests.
