Avaliable Job Today We're currently looking to hire bar and waiting staff for our flagship venue - The Trent Navigation, on Meadow Lane in Nottingham. Just a stones throw away from Trent Bridge and close to Notts County's home ground and The World Famous City Ground - home of Nottingham Forest.
The candidate must be able to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
Must be able to work weekends & evenings.
Main Responsibilities:
*Deliver excellent customer service at all times
*Work in a fast paced environment
*Serve and present beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
*Assist in keeping the bar and front-of-house clean and tidy at all times
*Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
*Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
*Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals
*Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
*Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
*Be involved and contribute at team meetings
*Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office.
*Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers to help create a great atmosphere
*Be confident and self-motivated
*Be able to have a flexible approach to shifts and be available for work at weekends

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
