Job description
After serving up our forward-thinking, unique and vibrant food and drinks for the past three years in Horticulture, and in our recent expansion to Pepo - we are looking to expand our bar and floor teams across both venues.
We have opportunities for talented bartenders and floor staff who are passionate about customer service and who can work with style and efficiency while serving our exceptional cocktails and food. Candidates must have a natural flair for customer service and the ability to work in a small, close-knit team that strives to bring quality, personalised service to our guests. We want you for your hard-working attitude, your creativity and most of all your personality.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service both at the bar and on the floor
- Be able to work with flair and efficiency
- Be keen to learn and develop your existing skills
- Prepare all ordered drinks to spec and maintain product standards and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the bar
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the bar floor
- Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close bar to a high standard
- Develop an efficient work pace that always ensures guest satisfaction

Salary: £5.28-£10.50 per hour
