Responsible to: The Committee through the chairman
Purpose: The Secretary is the principal administrator for the football club. It is the role of the Secretary to carry out and/or delegate duties for the members of the football club in order to function correctly.
This is a pivotal role in the general running of the club and the successful candidate will also become an ex-officio Trustee of the footbsll club.
he Secretary and their assistant will provide the main point of contact for people I side and outside of the football club.
General duties:
Attend meetings (Committee Meetings, Coaches Meetings and AGMs)
Affiliation to County FA and Leagues
Assist the Registrations Officer with player registration
Deal with and forward on correspondence (emails, messages and calls)
Organise AGM and Events with the Committee members
Represent the Football Club positively and professionally through all communications.
