Afternoon tea at The Ritz is an institution in itself and we are proud to be a member of the Tea Council's prestigious Tea Guild. Served in the spectacular Palm Court, the choice of several varieties of tea and a delicious menu combine to make for an unforgettable afternoon and serves over 400 covers per day.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Rivoli Bar as Bar Waiter or Bar Waitress.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The successful candidate will be committed to (insert fundamental task – e.g. delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards). As a (Insert Position Name), responsibilities also include:
- Ensure the efficient running of the dispense bar through bar maintenance and rapid beverage preparation

To ensure the completion of Mise-en-Place on a daily and Shift basis

To ensure a high standard of both service
- To ensure the working stations are prepared for each service and kept tidy at all times
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable

Excellent customer service skills

Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills

Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
