We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Rivoli Bar as Bartender.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards. As a Bartender, responsibilities also includes:

• To welcome guests at the bar counter in a professional, efficient and polite manner and serve them food and drinks in the Rivoli Bar and drinks only in the bar foyer.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward clients, the Rivoli Bar team and other departments.
• To ensure that you are clear on, and have a good understanding of all the necessary tasks and requirements of the Rivoli Bar that are necessary to their position.
• To attend all monthly departmental meetings in order to keep staff members informed and up to date with any issues that are necessary. These meetings also provide a suitable arena for all members of the department to speak about any departmental suggestions or issues they may have.
• Complaints – To ensure that all guest/client complaints are dealt with immediately and professionally either in person or in correspondence ensuring that the guest/client is satisfied with the service given. A written record of any such complaint should be documented and passed on to the Bar & Lounge

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
